Forex Agent Application

Requirements

As an independent Forex Agent, you will offer to pickup and ship boxes (Balikbayan boxes, small parcels, commercial goods) within your local Filipino community.  Such boxes/packages should then be shipped to one of Forex’s warehouses for eventual delivery to the recipient.

While Forex will provide most marketing collateral samples, you will be responsible for handing out such materials and doing business development.

Qualities Needed From Forex Agents

  • Positive CUSTOMER SERVICE-CENTRIC mentality
  • Excellent COMMUNICATIONS and follow up skills
  • Highly MOTIVATED, SELF-STARTER with an ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT
  • PC/tablet/smart phone skills to provide quotes and take orders
  • Ability to pickup packages from customer (This includes being able to drive own vehicle, having ability to load boxes up to 80 Kg (or 176 lbs.), and sending boxes to a Forex warehouse).
  • In-depth understanding of Filipino culture and local involvement in the Filipino community.
