Terms and Conditions for Customers

The #BFF Referral Program (“Program”) launched in February 2024 has been created for anyone who wants to be part of the Forex eShip community and earn extra money. 

These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between the Customer (“you”) and Forex | eShip, Inc. (“Forex eShip,” “we”) and will govern your participation in any and all Referral Program offers. To participate in the Program, you must agree to these Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Forex eShip reserves the right to modify these Program Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. We may also, in our sole discretion, change, cancel, or suspend any aspect of the Program. We also reserve the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program.

  1. To get your unique referral code, you must register or update your profile in forexeship.com. Provide your Full Name, Email address and Mobile Phone number (with country/area code). Your unique 10-digit referral code will be the first 3 letters of your Last Name + last 7 digits of your mobile number. 

*Note: The referrer’s full name must be consistent with his/her registered bank account name and number. Credits are non-transferable.

  • Qualified Referral

A “Qualified Referral” means that all the following conditions are met:

  1. Referred* is a new, first-time customer of Forex eShip who has no history of transaction with any of our service, or has not transacted in the last 18 months (or 540 days) from the date of current invoice.*
  2. Must provide his Full Name, Email Address and Mobile number for verification; 
  3. Must indicate the referral code in the first and succeeding successful transaction with us, either in the Balikbayan and/or PinaShip invoice, or in the space provided when pushing items in the  Packypack app; and
  4. The referred customer has verified payment for the transaction (i.e. deposited checks, fully paid credit card transaction, etc.)

*This is applicable to the US, Canada and Philippines. In UAE, Referred is those who registered at the start of the referral program, January 26, 2024. 

A new/first-time customer may only use one referral code, including the first and all succeeding  transactions with us.

Referrals are subject to verification. Forex eShip may delay the Credits for the purposes of investigation. We may also refuse to process any transaction we deem, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on us, our subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. 

Any attempts to manipulate or engage in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts or providing false information, may result in disqualification from the Referral Program. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activities.

All of Forex eShip’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, or Credit is verified.

  1. Coverage

The Referral Program is open for all Forex eShip services available in the U.S.A, Alberta, Canada, U.A.E. and the Philippines

Acquisition of a unique referral code for the Referral Program is open to all BFF registered individuals with updated profile information, with or without transaction history in us, regardless of the age and place of residence.

  1. Credits & Payouts

Once a referred customer is verified as new, $4 will be credited (or its equivalent in Philippine peso or Dirham, depending on the referrer’s bank location) and may be monitored in the referrer’s Forex eShip account. 

The referrer will also get $1 for every box shipment of the referred customer within the year (365 days from first transaction), regardless of the box size and shipping destination. Referral code must be indicated in every transaction. No referral code indicated by customer, no referrer Credit.

Login to your Forex eShip dashboard to view Credits and request for Payout. After your unique referral code is used by the referred in a transaction, please allow 1 to 2 months for the verification process and uploading of available Credit.

Upon request for Payout, the referrer must provide a bank account number. Bank account name must be the same as registered name. Monthly cut off for payout requests is 5:00 PM, every 3rd Tuesday of the month (Philippine Time). Payout of available credits will be processed for deposit to the referrer’s bank account every 3rd Friday of the month (Philippine Time). .

Credits can only be claimed as cash via payout, non-transferable. Unredeemed credits will be forfeited upon termination of the Referral Program.

  1. Tax Responsibility

Forex eShip is not responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral Credit(s).

  1. User Accounts

All your submitted personal information will be treated in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.

When you register for an Forex eShip account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of your eligibility to the Referral Program.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your account and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Avoid using a nickname that is unlawfully available for use, a trademark of another person or entity, or that is otherwise offensive or vulgar.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Referral Program, you agree to initially resolve the dispute informally by contacting us through:

FAQS:

I have not been shipping boxes or using Forex eShip, can I still be a BFF to earn $4?

Yes! Just sign up at forexeship.com to get your unique referral code. The qualified new customer must input your unique code in their first transaction with us.

Is the Referral Program applicable to all Forex eShip services?

Yes, you get $4 when you refer a new customer to use Balikbayan, Packypack or PinaShip services in the U.S, UAE, Canada (Alberta) and the Philippines. 

When can I request a Credit Payout? 

Please allow 2 months for verification and processing to make sure all these conditions are met: 1) referred customer is new and 2) payment for transaction has been made to Forex eShip, directly by the customer or their respective agent. You may monitor your dashboard for available credits for payout by logging in to forexeship.com.

Can credits be used as a discount?

Earned credits are exclusively designated for cash payout, to be deposited to your selected payout option. 

Is there a minimum credit amount required to request for payout?

No minimum credit amount is required to request for payout.

Can I receive my payout in a Philippine bank account even if I’m in another country?

You may request a payout to a bank account in any location as long as the name of the account matches your Forex eShip registered name. The currency will depend on your bank’s location.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer to Forex eShip within a given timeframe?

Earning is unlimited! Refer as many as you want and earn more with us.
