How to Order
1. Get a Quote
Fill out the order form for a quote or send links, photos, and/or product codes of the items you want to your personal logistics concierge.
2. We Shop & Consolidate
We buy your items and safely consolidate them into boxes at our Packypack warehouse.
3. Choose Your Delivery
We ship your items by air or sea. Choose door-to-door delivery or save by picking them up at the destination warehouse.
Terms & Conditions
1. Shipping Coverage: Source and ship from the PH to the U.S. (sea and air), and the rest of the world (air); from U.S. to PH (sea and air), or from China to Philippines (sea and air).
2. Total Cost Breakdown: Your final billing includes the Cost of Goods (COG), Sales tax or VAT (if applicable), local shipping, international freight, and the shopper’s fee.
3. Shopper Fees: The Personal PH Shopper fee is 15% of the COG, with a minimum of Php 1,500 and a maximum of Php 15,000 per store/order. The Personal U.S. Shopper fee is 10% of COG per store/every checkout or transaction, with a minimum of $20 and max of $200.
4. Commercial Order Surcharges: Bulk orders of 12 or more pieces incur an additional percentage surcharge on total value based on the item category (ranging from 6.5% to 35%).
5. 30 Days Free Storage: Keep your items in our Packypack warehouse for free for up to 30 days, after which a minimum storage fee of $10 per month applies.
6. Sea Freight Deadline: To guarantee inclusion in a scheduled sea shipment, place your orders or ensure your boxes arrive at the warehouse at least 7 days before the posted loading date.
7. Pre-Warehouse Liability: Forex eShip is not liable for any product damage, defects, or merchant errors that occur before the items safely reach your preferred Packypack warehouse.
